A division to assist early-stage businesses and start-ups to access resources and support to grow. SAITA acknowledges that a huge frustration for many traders is access to funding.
The mandate for the Business Incubation Hub is Portfolio Program Project Management through Business Incubation model which will include bringing on board Investors as well as other potential Corporate and Government partnerships with the sector and its constituency.
The team at the incubation hub will assist business owners and start-ups to follow the proper procedure when needing investment and funding by assisting with:
- Business Analysis
- Business Process Management
- Business Re-Engineering
- Enterprise Architecture
- Business Organisational Design
- Business Plan
- Business Cases
- Project Management
- Change Management
Apart from sourcing Investor Funding to the sector, the Hub will create capacity through SAITA Growth Academy – a platform for Graduates and Final Year students driven through an Internship Program. This will aim to make Informal Trade as a preferred employer and by extension create an entrepreneurship or informal trade employment pipeline.
